TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Deposit

• To secure your session, a €50 deposit is required via the online booking system.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is possible, but a new deposit will be required.
• In case of bad weather, sessions can be rescheduled free of charge.

2. Payment / Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the shoot.
• The €50 deposit secures your booking online; the remaining payment is cash only.

3. Delivery / Photos

• Your online gallery will be delivered within 1–3 weeks after your final selection.
• Edited photos are delivered according to the selected package.
• Additional edited photos are available for €15 per photo.
• RAW files are not delivered in order to maintain editing quality and consistency.

4. Studio & Locations

• All sessions take place in a professional studio in Amsterdam.
• Packages including multiple locations may combine the studio with an outdoor or agreed location.
• The exact studio address will be provided after booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Late Policy

• Cancellations are non-refundable.
• Arriving late may reduce your shooting time.
• Session start times are strict due to scheduling constraints.

6. Model Release & Copyright

• Shoot My Lifestyle retains copyright of all images.
• Clients may use the photos for personal use only.
• Commercial use requires written permission.
• Shoot My Lifestyle may use images for portfolio, website and social media promotion.

7. Agreement

• By booking a session, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
• Clients must agree to the Terms & Conditions before completing payment.
